<p>Members of the media may find information and press passes at the visitor&#8217;s side entrance of Lions&#8217; Stadium (the stadium entrance closest to the Student Recreation Center).</p>
<h2><strong>Date:</strong></h2>
<p>Thursday, May 16 and Friday, May 17, 2013</p>
<p>Thursday, May 16 will consist of three sessions of <a href="http://commencement.pages.tcnj.edu/departmental-ceremonies/">Departmental Ceremonies</a>, and the <a href="http://commencement.pages.tcnj.edu/main-ceremony/">Main Ceremony</a> in Lions’ Stadium. Following the Main Ceremony will be the President’s Reception. On Friday, May 17, there will be two sessions of <a href="http://commencement.pages.tcnj.edu/departmental-ceremonies/">Departmental Ceremonies</a>. In the event of severe weather, this schedule will be slightly modified. Please refer to the <a href="http://commencement.pages.tcnj.edu/more-info/severe-weather/">Severe Weather</a> scenario for more information.</p>
<h2><strong>Main Ceremony:</strong></h2>
<p>Main Ceremony processional will begin at 5:30 p.m. in Lions’ Stadium on Thursday, May 16. Graduates will begin lining up, in cap and gown, by 5 p.m. The Main Ceremony will be held rain or shine in Lions&#8217; Stadium (absent <a href="http://commencement.pages.tcnj.edu/more-info/severe-weather/">severe weather</a>).</p>

<p>The Main Ceremony will take place in Lions’ Stadium, The College of New Jersey, 2000 Pennington Road, Ewing, NJ 08628<br />
Departmental Ceremonies will take place at various locations on campus. Please refer to <a href="http://www.tcnj.edu/commencement">tcnj.edu/commencement</a> for details.</p>

All buildings and facilities are affected Saturday, May 18 from 6 AM to 6 PM (NOTE: Green Hall data center and Campus Police will remain powered via generator). On Sunday, May 19, from 6 AM to 6 PM, only Packer Hall, Travers/Wolfe Halls, Centennial Hall, EAB, Eickhoff, Norsworthy, and the Brower Student Center will be affected. As always, we will strive to complete work earlier, if possible, on both shutdown days.</p>
<p><strong>• STEAM: Friday, May 17 at 5 PM through Friday, May 31 at 6 PM.</strong><br />

The Green Hall IT data center will remain available during the campus electrical shutdowns. This means that email, SOCS, PAWS, library system, etc. will remain available via the Internet. The network will not be available in those buildings without electricity. Campus phones will continue to function even in buildings without electricity.
